From A to Z… 26 intervention techniques
Being an educator easy? Not always!
Children fascinate us as much as they confuse us… Surprising actions, excessive reactions, or violent behaviors—how can we handle all this misdirected energy? Simply sending a child to “think” in a corner is not always the best solution.
This training offers 26 alternative strategies to use before resorting to time-out. It aims to help understand what happens during a crisis situation and provides practical solutions to make interventions with children more effective.
Training objectives:
- Better observe a situation to guide intervention
- Identify the most appropriate intervention for a given situation
⏳ Training duration: 6 hours, including 2 hours on child development and 4 hours on the educational program.
